The Nova Scotia Chapter of the Canadian Evaluation Society invites you to join us for the half-day workshop: Outcome Mapping: A Hands-on Workshop, with Kay Crinean of Collective Wisdom Solutions.

Outcome Mapping is a participatory evaluation method designed to help complex programs articulate their progress. The approach focuses on changes in the behaviour of people, groups, and organizations with whom a program works directly.  Outcome mapping is best suited for complex, socially innovative projects with a high level of diversity among partners and participants.

Participants in this workshop will have the opportunity to learn the basics of Outcome Mapping through a hands-on approach. Upon completion participants will:

  • Understand the principles and applicability of Outcome Mapping
  • Have explored how it can be used in combination with other evaluation methods
  • Have practised the key techniques on current project examples drawn from their own experience
