Professional Development Opportunity: Issues in Public Sector Evaluation, 15 great ideas

Dalhousie University’s School of Public Administration and the Centre for Advanced Management Education, in partnership with the Canadian Evaluation Society-Nova Scotia Chapter, invite you to attend a presentation of student issue papers.

The students of the program evaluation course in the Master of Public Administration (Management) program will present their issue papers on December 11th. There will be five panel presentations on topics such as:
• Approaches to Evaluation
• Performance Measurement and Evaluation
• Use of theory of change
• Implementation Issues
• Evaluator Credibility

Following the presentations you are invited to continue the discussion with presenters at a reception in the students’ honour.
In the past this session has been deemed a wonderful venue for sparking discussion on evaluation issues and concerns. We encourage CES-NS members to participate by coming for all or a portion of the session and welcome anyone who has an interest in evaluation to drop by.

We do ask that you register so we can prepare for the reception.

We look forward to seeing you on December 11th!
