Survey on Involvement of Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEE) in Voluntary Organizations for Professional Evaluation (VOPEs)

A request was sent to our chapter from EvalYouth about a survey they are administering.

EvalYouth is a multi-stakeholder partnership formed based on the Global Evaluation Agenda (2016-2020) known as the Eval2020 Agenda, to increase national, regional, and international capacity to produce high-quality evaluations and advocate for the inclusion of youth and young people in the evaluation process to become future leaders in the evaluation profession.

We have launched a survey to gather information related to understanding the state and extent of Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEEs) involvement in Voluntary Organizations for Program Evaluation (VOPE) governance, committees and activities across the world. The results will be used to inform what can be done to further enhance YEE involvement in VOPEs.

We ask that you please share this email and the survey links below with your membership and network to ensure that Canadian evaluators and CES are represented in this global survey.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. We invite VOPE leadersthose involved in the work of VOPEs, and young and emerging evaluators to respond to this questionnaire (definitions are provided in the survey instructions).

You can respond in 6 languages, find the links below:

English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, and Russian

The survey deadline is March 17, 2017.

All information is being gathered for survey purposes only. Responses will be treated as confidential. We thank you for your feedback, it will help us to prioritize needs and design potential solutions!

Please let us know if you have problems in accessing the survey. You may contact us at [email protected].

Thank you for your assistance with this important project.
