From the job posting: As the Evaluation Consultant, you will be responsible to work in collaboration with Skills and Learning Branch staff to provide evaluation expertise, data analysis, and research options to support decision making for programs, services, policies and strategies. You will also be responsible for being part of project teams and leading in the development of evaluation plans, frameworks and logic models.
