Evaluation Meet & Mingle
Would you like to meet other evaluators, build your skills, and learn more about program evaluation? Are you interested in getting more involved in CES-NS and the evaluation community in Nova Scotia? Please join us at our CES-NS Meet & Mingle! Meet others working in the field of evaluation and learn about upcoming volunteer opportunities on the board and committees of CES-NS.
Two dates are scheduled to best suit people’s needs – one virtual and one in person.
- Virtual: 12-1 pm, Tuesday, May 9 via Zoom. You are welcome to join anytime during the hour. Please register here.
- In-Person: 4-6 pm, Thursday, May 11 at Lion’s Head Tavern (3085 Robie St, Halifax). Free snacks! You are welcome to join anytime during the two hours. Please register here.
Call for Volunteers and Annual General Meeting
Also, please save the date for the CES-NS Annual General Meeting! The meeting will be held on June 28, 2023 at 12 pm (AST) over Zoom. Watch your inbox in the coming weeks for a Zoom registration link. At the meeting, we’ll review the Chapter’s past year and vote on the following open board positions that we’re seeking volunteers for:
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- IT Chair
- Membersip Chair
- Student Rep
- National Rep
All CES members are eligible for a board position. Joining the board is a great way to meet others working in evaluation, develop your skills, and help shape the field of evaluation in Nova Scotia!
