Participants will gain basic levels of knowledge, skill and appreciation with respect to the essential elements of evaluation, equipping them to enter and participate in the evaluation field and develop as evaluation professionals. There is no prior knowledge or experience related to evaluation required. This course is designed for those who are new to program evaluation or to those wishing to ensure that their knowledge and skills used in their evaluation practice encompass all basic aspects of program evaluation.
