    RFP Opportunity: External Project Evaluator

    An External Project Evaluator is being sought to support the development of a national strategy to address gender-based violence for newcomers and refugees. This contract involves reviewing the outcomes and data collected to date during the end of the second year of this three-year project and making recommendations for data collection going forward. The project team is looking for an evaluator that has experience in the settlement and the anti-violence sectors. Bi-lingual capabilities in French and English is an asset.     The Atlantic Region Association of Immigrant Serving Agencies (ARAISA) is seeking a consultant (trainer), consulting team, or non-profit organization (hereinafter referred to as ‘Consultant’) to design, develop and deliver a bilingual (English/French) online course on Evaluation and Performance Measurement for Settlement and Integration Sector Practitioners in Atlantic Canada.
