This year, National Board and Chapters have worked hard to maintain business continuity amidst challenging conditions in the wake of the pandemic. We have relied on good humour and good faith to manage turnover and vacancies, while boldly pursuing innovation to achieve commitments outlined in our 2019-2024 Strategic Plan.
